To become eligible to win, you must register to play the Recycle THIS! game on the White Cloud website located at www.mywhitecloud.com/recyclethis

Entrants will be asked to provide their name and email address. In the event of a dispute regarding submission of an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided with the registration. The authorized account holder is the individual who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), thirteen (13) years and older with parental consent. The Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:01 am ET on October 6, 2008. The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on December 31, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Officers, directors, representatives and employees of White Cloud ("the Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, or subsidiaries, their advertising, promotional, publicity, production or judging agencies, the Contest Administrator and all those living in the same household as the above individuals, are not eligible to enter.

One entry per submitted score during the prize period timeline.

Use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods) or submission of multiple entries is prohibited. Any attempt by any entrant to use an automated system or to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods, will void all of that entrant's entries, and render that person ineligible to receive any of the prizes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.

All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Sponsor shall solely determine any form of verification. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant's eligibility verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots, affidavits or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason may be deemed a defective entry and void.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may lock out an entrant who, in Sponsor's sole judgment, has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility or is otherwise ineligible to enter.

Sponsor may modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the promotion if, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, an incident of any kind occurs to corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or play (as intended) of the promotion, including without limitation: (a) viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or technical failure; or (b) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of god; or (c) labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared). In the event of termination, Sponsor will award the prizes in a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to termination.

Prize Details
There are six (6) prizes to be won. One (1) winner will be chosen bi-weekly in the Sweepstakes Period in a random draw conducted by Sponsor. Each prize consists of a $100 Wal-Mart Gift Card. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted. The bi-weekly random draw will be held on each second Friday starting on October 10, 2008 to December 31, 2008 from all entries received by midnight on the Thursday before the drawing. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent drawings. Players can only win once per unique email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning a prize will be determined by the total number of entries received in each two week period. In order to claim the prize and be declared a winner the selected entrant will be required to:

Complete and sign a declaration and release statement, in order to; confirm compliance with the rules and regulations, accept the prize as awarded, without substitution, release the Sponsor and its affiliated companies from any liability, as described more fully below.

Consent to the use of his or her name, address (city and state) company name, photograph, and likeness, as described more fully below, except where prohibited.

Failure by any selected entrant to complete, sign and return any of the aforementioned documents within 14 business days after notification is sent to the address or email address on the selected entrant's entry, or the return of prize documents as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any other reason the prize cannot be awarded, another Contest entry will be randomly selected by draw until the prize has been awarded. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the random selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries.

Communication will be entered into only with selected entrants.

Limitation of Liability
The winner agrees that (except where prohibited) Sponsor may use winner's name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse or prize or participation in this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorney's fees. Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, whether caused by the sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion of by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. Sweepstakes void where prohibited and subject to state laws.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATLEY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLES EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
