America’s Worst Bathroom Contest 2008
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

ENTRY / ELIGIBILITY / ODDS OF WINNING:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The America's Worst Bathroom Contest (the "Contest") begins at 17:00:01 AM ET on March 5, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Dec 31, 2008 (the "Contest Period").
2. The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), eighteen (18) years of age or older.
3. To enter, log on to www.mywhitecloud.com/americaworstbathroom/

(i) Complete your contact information.

(ii) Tell us in 250 words or less why you have chosen this bathroom photo. How did you discover this bathroom and what makes it the worst one in America? Your story cannot be offensive, defamatory nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or any other third party rights. All decisions regarding such matters shall be made by the independent judging organization, in its sole discretion. Kruger Products ("Sponsor")_ reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive or not in keeping with the White Cloud's image. Submitted stories must be your original work, must not have been previously published and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

(iii) Send us a digital photo of the bathroom. Your photo must be a .gif or .jpg file. Please keep your photo at a maximum resolution of 250X400 pixels or under 500Kb in size. Do not submit photos that feature any identifiable persons, other than yourself, nor the intellectual property of others. Vulgar, unsuitable or inappropriate photos will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. You acknowledge that by submitting a photo online it is within the public domain and the Sponsor will not be held liable for any copying, re-posting or unlawful use of the submitted photo that may result. Submitted photos must be your original work, must not have been previously published and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

(iv) All entries become the property of Sponsor, including all intellectual property rights in the story and photo submitted. All right, title and interest (including moral rights) that each entrant has is waived and transferred and assigned to Sponsor by virtue of the contestant entering the Contest. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend, alter, change or edit any stories or photos submitted that are chosen to participate in the Voting Period (as hereinafter defined) of this Contest.

(v) All Entries will be reviewed during the Contest Period, and must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on Dec 31, 2008. All Entries completed and received in accordance with these Official Contest Rules (the "Rules"), will be eligible to be chosen as one of the ten finalists.

(vii) LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER INDIVIDUAL, REGARDLESS OF THE ADDRESSES, E-MAIL ADDRESSES OR TELEPHONE NUMBERS SUBMITTED.

HOW YOU COULD WIN:

Ten (10) finalists (each a "Finalist") will be chosen by a qualified panel of judges from among all eligible Entrants upon contest completion on December 31, 2007 based on the following equally weighted criteria: uniqueness and creativity of your photo, as well as the creativity conveyed in your story. Each of the ten Finalists' story and photo will then be posted on www.mywhitecloud.com/americasworstbathroom_vote/ between February 21 and April 14, 2008 (the "Voting Period"), during which time the public will have an opportunity to vote for their choice of America's Worst Bathroom.

The Entrant with the most votes at the end of the contest is eligible to win the Grand Prize (as described below), subject to completing and returning the necessary Release Documentation (as described below). The Entrants with the second and third most votes will receive the Secondary Prize. There will be a limit of one vote per person.

The winners of the America's Worst Bathroom Contest will be announced by June 1, 2009 at www.mywhitecloud.com

PRIZES:

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. It consists of a year long supply of White Cloud (valued at $1500) and a $1500 Wal Mart gift card. There are two (2) Secondary prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of a year's supply of White Cloud (estimated value of $400) and a $100 Wal-Mart gift card. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted. White Cloud makes no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to safety, appearance or performance of any prize or prize activity offered.

GENERAL RULES:

1. This Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), eighteen (18) years of age or over, except employees (and members of their immediate family and households of such employees) of Kruger Products, and its affiliated and associated and related companies, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organization, the prize suppliers, franchisees, broadcast partner and all of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees"). This contest is for viewing in the United States only. If you do not live in the United States, do not enter the contest.

2. Except for provided for in paragraph 6, by entering this Contest, each Entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an Entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address), story and photo by Sponsor or its agents for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. Sponsor nor its agents will not sell or transmit this information to third parties, except for the purposes of administering the Contest.

3. Entries submitted through fraudulent means or in any way tampered with, incorrect, unclear, forged, mutilated, illegible, indecipherable or mechanically reproduced may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified.

4. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and shall not be returned. Sponsor and Releasees are not responsible for Entries lost, late, misdirected, inaudible or illegible. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Releasees for any technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of any e-mail Entry including malfunction of any telephone or network lines, faulty electronic data transmissions, traffic congestion, in the Internet or website, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other on-line communications problems. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Releasees resulting from user's attempt to participate in the promotion or download any information in connection with participating in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause, beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, to corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest.

5. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize, if, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, it determines that the Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse or threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor's representatives. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant failing to comply with these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. By submitting an Entry on-line, all Entrants must acknowledge and agree that the personal information, story and photo that they have provided will be maintained on Sponsor's server and/or the server of those responsible for maintaining the www.whitecloud.com website and/or administering the draw. If Entrants have indicated on their ballots that they wish to receive future communication or offers, Sponsor may use the Entrants' personal information to contact them in future or to provide information regarding products or services. In connection therewith, such Entrants acknowledge and consent to their personal information being maintained on Sponsor's server and/or the server of those responsible for maintaining the www.whitecloud.com website and/or administering the draw.

7. Sponsor and Releasees are not responsible for technical or production errors, including computer hardware, software, systems or transmissions failures, and may terminate the Contest if such errors are discovered, without liability and without notice, at their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in whole or in part.

8. An Entrant will not be declared a winner unless a duly authorized representative of Sponsor has reviewed and approved the Entry and the Entrant has signed and returned Sponsor's standard form Release, Indemnity and Declaration of Compliance of these Rules (the "Release Documentation").

9. By entering this Contest, each Entrant agrees to comply fully with the Rules, and, for each winning Entrant, to the use of his/her name, image, photograph, voice, sobriquet, city of residence and/or statement regarding the Prize by Sponsor or Releasees for advertising, promotion or publicity purposes, or for general news, entertainment and information purposes, without compensation.

10. Winners must return an executed copy of the Release Documentation within seven (7) days of date of prize notification. The Release Documentation fully and irrevocably releases and indemnifies Sponsor and Releasees from any liability (and if the winner is a minor, any subsequent claim by the minor) in connection with the Prize or the Contest.

11. Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, successors, employees, agents, partners, licensees and assigns are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of any Prize.

12. No substitutions or transfers of prizes will be allowed except for Sponsor's right to substitute prizes of equivalent value in the event of circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.

13. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of the party submitting an electronic Entry, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

14. This Contest is subject to all state laws. Void where prohibited. All decisions made by the Contest judges are final.
